This two-day training program will cover the very basics of Six Sigma Problem Solving, allowing the student to gain general knowledge and understanding of the process.

The Six Sigma Green Belt workshop will provide training for those needing to use the principles of Six Sigma problem-solving skills in order to serve or to lead a Six Sigma Team, but who do not need to be at a Black Belt level. This class will provide the first level of training required to progress to the Six Sigma Black Belt level.

This course is for the individual who wants to become a Certified Black Belt in Six Sigma Quality. Study will consist of exam preparation for Six Sigma analysis that is necessary to lead organizational change and manage the Six Sigma Black Belt process improvement projects. The course will end with a Black Belt certification exam.

The Master Black Bet is a highly skilled project manager who should be Project Management Institute certified. Master Black Belts are the heart of the organization’s Six Sigma process. They must be more skilled and experienced than regular Black Belts. They should be experienced teachers and mentors who have mastered the Six Sigma Tools.
