Overview

The Master Black Bet is a highly skilled project manager who should be Project Management Institute certified. Master Black Belts are the heart of the organization’s Six Sigma process. They must be more skilled and experienced than regular Black Belts. They should be experienced teachers and mentors who have mastered the Six Sigma Tools.

The standard practice is one Master Black Belt for every fifteen or twenty Black Belts, or one for the total organization, if the organization has less than 200 employees.

Five Days if already hold a Green Belt, Eight Days if not
Price

With Green Belt:

  • Training and Certification Combined: $2,295 per participant
  • Training Only: $1,995 per participant
  • Certification Only: $300 per participant

Without Green Belt:

  • Training and Certification Combined: $3,295 per participant
  • Training Only: $2,995 per participant
  • Certification Only: $300 per participant

The following discount applies to each of the classes:

  • Two or more participants from the same location 15% discount
  • Five or more participants from the same location, the sixth participant may attend the class at no cost.

Participants must pass the exam and attend 80% of the class hours and complete three of the homework assignments to become certified.

Challenge the Class – Participants do not have to take the training from Harrington Management Systems. A participant can take the test and acquire the additional experience required in the certification evaluation.
